Sales Representative
Your responsibilities
? Implementing market strategies and developing tactics and sales plans;
执行市场营销策略,制定战略与销售计划;
. Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas;
通过预测与制定销售配额建立销售目标;
. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers;
建立并维系与客户及供应商的关系;
.Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markest;
在目标市场内发现与汇报商业机会;
.Maximizing new business development opportunities;
最大化开发新的商业发展机遇;
.Maintaining sales volume by keeping current with supply and demand,changing trends,economic indicators and competitors;
通过保持供需平衡,改变销售趋势,经济指标和竞争对手以维持销售额;
.Establishing and adjusting selling prices together with the sales director;
与销售总监共同确定及调整售价;
.Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops,reviewing professional publications;
通过参加教育研讨会,阅读专业刊物增加专业与技术知识;
.Conducting contract negotiations with clients.
与客户进行谈判协商。

Person qualification
· 5-10 years of agricultural or horticultural industry technical/commercial experiences
· Well travelled in China, with sound networking in horticulture or related industries
· Good understanding of business models of horticultural companies, or tomato, tobacco or seed production business.
Other specific skills or knowledge: Agricultural related education background, bachelor’s degree bearers preferredSelf motivated and results driven,Good negotiation skills and communication/presentation skillsBasic English in reading and writing
