Job Description:
l Plan technical lead role in Java development team, responsible for team members' performance;
l Make delivery plan, have daily tracking to make sure on-time and high quality delivery;
l Design solution, make technical decision and responsible to solve technical issue;
l Cooperate with BA, testing and QA team..
Job Requirements:
l BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
l Above 4-5 years experience of software development
l Be skilled at Core Java or J2EE and Java web-based application technologies
l Be good at Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns, familiar with UML
l Be skilled at PL/SQL development, familiar with Oracle Database
任职要求：:
1. 计算机相关专业国家通招本科及以上学历,三年以上软件开发经验；
2. 沟通理解能力强，有较强的问题解决能力；
3. 精通J2EE架构，具有3年以上J2EE WEB应用开发经验，有较好的系统功能逻辑设计能力；
4. 精通Spring, iBATIS, WebWork2 、 XHTML、Javascript，CSS等；
5. 熟悉Oralce/MySQL数据库；熟悉Linux操作系统；熟悉Tomcat和Resin相关配置及部署；
6. 具备良好的编程习惯、文档写作及管理能力，一定的用户需求分析、程序设计的能力；
7. 良好的沟通能力、敬业、严守职业操守；
8. 精通pl-sql，数据库优化，精通储存过程使用，能够独立胜任挑战性的开发项目
