Ensure coordination and coaching of end users in the following domains:
Coordinating the ERP implementation
Exploitation of ERP systems
Hardware, software and network infrastructure
Technical support of users
Office application;
Facilitate IT Budget preparation and control for Plant;
Study and propose new means of participating to the improvement, evolution and maintenance of the
Information Systems in the plant, taking into account cost, quality and security constraints;
Ensure users satisfaction and ownership towards their IT tools in order to maintain the quality of services
provided by IT department. If needed, prepare the necessary solutions (training plans, procedures, users
documentations or any other tools).



Good level of knowledge on IT Engineering applications (CAD, PDM)
Knowledge of IT environment (UNIX, Windows)
Fluency in English
Personal charisma and ease to lead and motivate end-user community is desirable
Knowledge of business process is desirable
