Ericsson (China) is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager who is open-minded and has strong leadership potential. The position belongs to Ericsson Sourcing NEA (North East Asia) unit.

The Strategic Sourcing Managers will lead various tender and bid processes to select the best suppliers for Ericsson R&D (Research and Development) organizations in China, focus on commercial aspects including contract negotiation and business models setup. The key to success in this position is to ensure projects’ execution on time and effective communication with project teams.

By and large, Ericsson is in great need of a experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to achieve more business value.

Responsibilities:

• Lead various tenders and bids projects
• Support global R&D units;
• Manage supplier relationship and implement Ericsson strategy;
• Lead business review meetings with suppliers.

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years working experience from Sourcing, Sales, R&D or related areas.
• Bachelor degree of top level Universities, Engineering, Supply and Business related majors are a plus;
• Excellent English language skill, especially in speaking & writing;
• Able to lead an international project team;
• Project management experience is a plus.
