Job Description:
- Develop and maintain long-term client and strategic relationships with senior corporate executives and/or high-level officials at government organizations, both regionally and globally
- Identify and/or assist in identifying business opportunities in capital markets and corporate finance
- Structure innovative solutions to meet the clients needs in their strategic business development goals
- Lead or assist in leading execution of financial advisory, M&A, and strategic consulting projects; coordinate entire project process

Skills:
- 6-8 years of investment banking or relevant experience in corporate finance, restructuring, and/or M&A
- Strong academic background with a degree from a reputable university, complemented with further post-graduate education (e.g., MBA or MS in financial disciplines)
- CPA, CFA or legal qualification holders preferred
- Professional attitude with strong leadership and project management skills and experience
- High energy level, self-motivated, and ability to work as an integral part of a team
- Strong work ethic, results-oriented, and commitment to personal and career development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and precisely present ideas in both written and verbal format, in Chinese as well as English

工作职责
- 6~8年相关行业经验，如投资银行、公司财务、改制重组、收购兼并项目经验
- 毕业于知名学府，拥有硕士及其以上学位（如MBA，金融硕士等）
- 具有 CPA 、 CFA 或通过律师资格考试者优先
- 拥有较强的领导能力及丰富的项目管理经验
- 严谨的工作风格、敬业精神、很强的工作责任心与事业热情
- 具有很强的人际沟通能力与团队协作精神
- 中英文读、写熟练，具有较强的中英文书面写作能力
