职位待遇： 有理想就有舞台

1、转正后销售业绩可提取分段，提成最高达40%税前收入；
2、业绩达标者可定期获得公司的业绩奖励（如奖品及奖金）

职位要求：

1、 年龄：22至35周岁；
2、 学历：本科以上（大专特别优秀者亦可）；
3、 户籍不限
4、 语言：英文中文听说读写流利；
5、 有一年以上销售经验， 有相关房地产中介经验者优先
6、 有进取心，有目标和动力，具有向高薪挑战的信心.
7、 表达能力、沟通能力强；
8、 能熟练运用Microsoft tools including outlook
9、 身心健康，积极乐观，诚信可靠。

工作内容：
1.为客户提供高档房产（住宅、别墅、商铺、办公房）的租赁服务，属销售服务类工作；
2、负责客户的接待、咨询工作，为顾客提供优秀的咨询服务；
3、了解客户需求，提供合适房源，进行商务谈判；
4、陪同客户看房，促成房屋租赁业务成交；
5、负责业务跟进及租后服务
