1.Provide real estate, leasing and orientation services to western clients
2.Provide the clients with excellent service before, during and after signing of deals
3.Understand western rental needs and how to match these with available properties in Shanghai, negotiation
4.Acquisition of new clients
5.Facilitate communication between clients and landlords during visits and assist with any issues and misunderstandings
6.Extremely conscientious follow up and after sales service
7.Building-up database and collecting information from the market

Essential Requirements:

1.Between 22 and 35 years of age
2.Bachelor's degree or above in related subject
3.No restriction on Hukou (for Chinese natives)
4.Excellent level of English
5.Strong communication and negotiation skill in Chinese
6.Strong networking skills both internally and in the business community
Fluent English is a must
7.Sales and realty experience preferred but not mandatory
8.Knowledge of Microsoft tools
9.Strong communication skills, confident, ambitious, result orientated, motivated
10.Positive, optimistic, honest and reliable
11.Helping to prepare materials for business development and client visits
12.Able to work under pressure with patience
13.Understanding that hard work and dedication are key to success
14.Confident, Assertive, and Proactive
15.Open-minded, great team player with strong intuition and people skill
