岗位名称：行政主管
岗位职责：
1、主持制订、修订行政系统主管的工作程序和规章制度，经批准后组织施行并监督检查落实情况；
2、制定公司固定资产管理制度，做好行政费用预算工作，建立公司固定资产管理台账，并定期进行更新维护，确保各项行政费用按预算发生；；
3、计划并组织公司年会、员工旅游、员工生日会等文体活动，做好企业文化建设工作；
4、了解社会劳动人力资源，与各职业介绍单位建立业务关系，根据公司运作需要，及时按用工标准准备数量，为各部门招聘合适人员，推荐给需求部门；
5、上级交办的其它工作。
岗位要求：
1、良好的文件处理能力，熟悉办公室5S管理；
2、具有活动组织经验，策划组织过公司年会、集体旅游等活动；
3、良好的文字写作功底，出色的组织能力、沟通能力及分析能力；
4、大专以上学历，至少3年以上行政工作经验 。
