Overview

Provide technical support and training support to EHS leader and in implementing and maintaining the ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 system for the purpose of significantly reducing injuries and creating injury-free careers for employees.

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible to organize the identification and evaluation of the hazard within company scope, organize to establish and implement the program;
- Be responsible to establish and improve the EHS related procedure, regulation and safety operating instruction and emergency disposal plan;
- Be responsible to organize the obtaining, identifying, implementation of the EHS related laws and requirements, and organize to evaluate the legal compliance;
- Be responsible to participate in the evaluation of safety devices when purchase new equipment;
- Be responsible to decide PPE, monitor the usage state, and manage the first-aid kit;
- Be responsible to conduct the EHS on-job training for the new recruit, organize the refresh training for the employees in active service, and monitor the implementation of the department level training;
- Be responsible to organize the training, rehearsing and evaluation of the emergency disposal plan (including firefighting, chemical spill, etc);
- Be responsible to organize the safety inspection within company, report the weakness and hidden risks, and request the corrective and preventive actions, monitor the responsible department to implement the improvement;
- Be responsible to organize the external monitoring and measure related with EHS, such as regular inspection of waste water, waste gas, noise, and occupational harm factors, etc;
- Be responsible to organize the investigation of the accident, find out the root cause, evaluate the improvement result;
- Be responsible to organize and manage the employee occupational health checkup (in, out and annual);
- Cooperate with related departments within company for implementation of EHS measures and improvement of related work;
- Cooperate with government and the third parties for EHS related issues;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, safety engineering or correlative;
- Safety License holders are preferred;
- More than three years work experiences in EHS or correlative;
- Ability to manage the daily jobs under stress, initiative and engaged in the job;
- Ability to work in team, very strong communication skills;
- Good English both in written and oral.
