Key Responsibilities 主要职责:

1.Develop sales strategy for Business Solutions customers and work closely with team leaders to achieve strategy objectives.
为解决客户的商务问题制定销售策略，与团队紧密合作，并领导团队实现战略目标。
2.Monitor and report current market trends, competition, share and developments to station manager and HQ sales manager.
监测当前的市场趋势、竞争对手、份额和发展情况，并向分公司总经理和总部销售部经理报告。
3.Ensure customer channel migration in accordance with channel strategy, and seek for opportunities for migration of customers to higher segments.
确保客户渠道的改变符合渠道策略，并不断寻找机会提高客户层次。
4.Following the performance report to push the revenue budget progress. According to each business area of sales and market information then adjust strategy scheme.
通过业绩报表监控销售预算进度。根据各业务区域的销售状况和市场信息，提出调整策略的方案。
5.Provide recommendations on enhancing incentives schemes for the staff.
为加强员工的奖励计划提供建议。
6.Coordinate with other departments in the business development process and strive to keep business growth meanwhile reduce business risks, protect the interests of the company.
协调在业务开发过程中与其他部门的关系，力求在业务增长的同时，降低业务风险，保障公司利益。
7.Cooperate with finance department to collect account receivables.
配合财务部做好客户应收账款的催收工作。
8.Other duties as assigned.
完成上级布置的工作。

Job Requirements 资质要求：

1.Bachelor Degree in a related field
相关专业本科学历
2.English proficiency
良好的英文沟通能力
3.Computer Proficiency: MS office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
计算机能力：会使用MS office软件(Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
4.Knowledge of sales management in Express, Domestic and Freight
有快件、国内运输、货运的销售管理经验
5.Understanding specific business solutions customers.
