职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Read and clearly understand requirement documents, detailed designs, and other project documentation
2. Provide constructive comments and feedback suggestions for the requirement
3. Work closely with development team to understand the system design and implementation
4. Develop test plan based on the requirements and knowledge acquired
5. Design test cases with both positive and negative test methodologies, refine test cases with changes in requirement, keep the difference of platforms in mind and create test cases with such considerations
6. Execute the test case and drive towards completion of the test cycles
7. Test result reporting to all stakeholders with informative and quantitative information, daily and weekly reporting to lead and managers is mandatory
8. Responsible and accountable for test devices used in the daily work
Qualification:
1. 2+ years of software testing experiences, with good skill on designing test plans, test cases and bug hunting.
2. Solid knowledge of the QA/Testing processes, test case and bug management systems and bug control lifecycle
3. Able to drive in-depth discussions with development and project teams, work collaboratively with the internal teams, strong sense of responsibility for following bugs, able to cooperate with developers to fix bug.
4. Able to test using different testing methodologies to improve the test coverage and product quality.
5. Good English reading and writing skills
6. Able to move between projects and assignments with quick learning capability
7. Familiar with SQL and database knowledge like SQL Server, Oracle or DB2, etc
8. Familiar with at least one programming language (Java, C++, .Net) is preferable.
