职位描述
Responsibility:
- Handle regular payment and tax affairs following with company policy and government statutory regulations;
- Responsible for invoicing and AR collection;
- Prepare cash and bank reconciliation;
- Tax return preparation and submission
- Prepare the document for custom declaration and issue dedicated trading invoice for each shipment;
- Check and process payment and expense reimbursement accurately and timely;
- Timely and accurately book accounting transactions for China office
- Maintain good relationship with local banks and tax governor;
- Support manager preparing cash forecast and monitor cash status;
- Complete other duties assigned by manager.
Education/Experience:
- Major in Accounting and related fields;
- Talented new graduate or 1-2 years accounting and Tax experience;
- Able to read and write English;
- Familiar with SAP system
- Good at Microsoft Office Word, Excel.
- Highly responsible and committed to the job
