目前，LDM上海主要负责营运及管理上海尚嘉中心商业地产项目，包括其中工程、招商、经营推广等事宜。该项目设计总建筑面积14万平方米，已经于2013年开业.

LDM is a joint venture between LVMH Group and DFS which have huge presence in the high-end retail market. LDM specializes in managing commercial real restate projects and it has managed two shopping center projects in China, one in Shanghai and another in Shenyang.
Certainly, LDM Shanghai is managing a 5-star retail development in Hongqiao district of Shanghai. The scopes of management task include project management, leasing and promotional acting planning and execution. The center has openned in 2013.
