职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and execute business development and marketing strategies and initiatives for identified markets to increase the adoption of strong authentication concept and services offered by the company;
2. Generate leads and prepare business forecasts in identified markets to meet allocated business development targets;
3. Perform market research to identify market needs and develop new service offering solutions and packages, including solution service features, positioning for target products, pricing strategies and schedules, and business processes (if any);
4. Enhance existing service offering solution service packages and review service quality and customer consuming activities based on benchmarks/feedbacks;
5. Manage customer (distributors/vendors) servicing and relationship management activities to promote customer satisfaction, Maintain and expends relationship with existing customers (distributors/vendors) nationwide;
6. Develop BD and marketing collaterals in conjunction with Operations, Customer Service and Technical team;
7. Coordinate and oversee the development and implementation of all public communication plans to boost awareness and educate potential customers and/or users (Sales Channels/Distributors etc.) on the objectives of the organization and the services offered;
8. Manage the development and dissemination of company generated BD materials and responses to public enquiries in accordance to the goals and objectives of the company and its stakeholders;
9. Identify and pursues new potential projects and business opportunities; establish and develop contacts with potential customers and other local entities related to BD activities;
10. Manages project activities, develops forecast, tracks revenue growth, competitors' activities and reports results on a routine basis.
Report Line:
Report directly to VP of Business Development;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in business management or administration is preferred;
2. Extensive BD experience in Retail, Government and/or other commercial related domains;
3. Prior experience in public relations, commercial business development and KAM/CRM outreach strategies, with consultative concept/solution sales approach;
4. Strong business acumen with a vibrant personality and a natural flair for interacting with people at all levels and relating well to a diverse range of customers;
5. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, able to articulate Kargocard Mall's concept, image, plans and interests, engage and work with key staff members within the organization;
6. Self-driven, mature, confident and has strong leadership capabilities;
7. Can-do attitude, quick learner, negotiator, and dealmaker.
Location: To be based in Shanghai, occasionally travel nationwide required.
