? Delivers solution and innovative promotional concepts to secure existing Client’s base and establish new market entry.
? Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
? Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
? Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending service improvements and new products suit for their specific needs.
? Providing feedback of potential customers and members to enhance service delivery.
? Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales Team and across the Company.
? Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.
? Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
? Able to communicate complicated technical issues, with effective presentation skills.
? Negotiating the agreement terms and closing down sales.
?Meet deadlines along with working under pressure.

Job purpose
1. Meeting customer's satisfaction through quality of service and integrity.
2. Implementing different strategies to meet total customer satisfaction.
3. Delegating to an individual or a team of service staff prior to technicalities in all facets of pest management by imparting continues training.
4. Problem solving with accurate treatment plans and execution with written reports and programs.
5. Making follow-up reports, inspection and documented quality audits to service staffs, equipments and treatment procedures.
