职位描述：
1. 负责收集、分析和引导客户的各项需求，提出合理的解决方案；
2. 与技术团队共同研究技术解决方案（主要是J2EE技术领域）；
3. 带领团队进行系统配置、系统推广及使用培训工作；
4. 进行客户应用系统的日常维护和支持，并根据需求进行功能设计，并进行相关的功能测试；
5. 建立良好的客户关系，获得客户对公司及个人的认可；
6. 承担公司解决方案的研发和设计职能，促成解决方案的产品化和市场化。
招聘要求：
1. 具有两年以上的渠道分销软件/或销售软件的分析、设计、推广经验；
2. 具有良好的业务流程和业务逻辑的理解和分析能力，并能够转化为系统功能设计；
3. 语言表达流畅、思维清晰、善于沟通，富有责任感，有良好团队协作能力；
4. 富有学习激情，具有较强学习能力，能够承受一定工作压力；
5. 熟悉常用数据库的SQL语言者优先，例如DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase ASE；
6. 有分销零售行业经验者优先；熟悉销售管理、库存管理业务者优先。
Senior Business Analyst, Team Leader
Description:
1. Collect and analyze the requirements from client, propose appropriate solutions
2. Workout the technique solutions with the technical team(mainly in J2EE field)
3. Lead the team members to conduct system configuration, system rollout and training
4. Daily maintenance and support of the application system, conduct function design based on requirement and perform function test
5. Build up good relationship with our client and achieve their recognition
6. Participate in the solution design and marketing support of company’s service product
Qualifications:
1. 2 years’ hands-on working experience of analysis, design, rollout and training in Sales & Distribution System
2. Strong capability of comprehension and analysis of the business process and logic, be able to design the applications according to the business requirements
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, good team work skills
4. Solid learning ability with passion for new technology, be able to work under pressure
5. DB and SQL Skills would be a plus, such as DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase ASE
6. Sales & Distribution system implementation skill is an advantage
