are seeking a MYSQL DBA (Database Administrator) to join our team for the continued development & maintenance of our
premium e-commerce platform which includes B2B websites, mobile sites and an in-house
ERP system. Our e-commerce platform powers multichannel retailing, global
e-commerce and sophisticated online merchandising and marketing strategies. You
will learn and be exposed to the latest e-commerce technology solutions
including mobile commerce, scalable & agile technology framework, 3D
augmented reality modulisation and amongst others.

Your responsibilities Include:
? Day to day administration of established database products
? Troubleshoot database issues reported by other company teams and work with other teams within the group to maintain and develop database products
? Optimize existing schemas and new schema changes and generate new and innovative ideas to assist with database development
MySQL Database Administrator Qualifications:
? MySQL experience in a working production environment
? Familiarity with MySQL 5.1 over triggers and stored procedures
? Deep understanding of MySQL replication
? Decent knowledge of Indexes and storage engines
? Solid experience with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) stack
? Highly motivated, energetic, and dynamic person

The following skills are desirable but not essential:
? MySQL Certifications
? Zend / PHP / Python programming experience
? Linux Systems Administration skills
