Major Job Functions and Tasks主要工作职能和任务:

1) To identify the potential safety hazards in production operations. Establish safety procedures in compliance with national and Unifrax standards.

辨别运营生产中的潜在安全隐患。建立符合国家和公司标准的安全程序。

2) To establish employee health program in compliance with national and Unifrax standards, and enforce the implementation of this program.

建立符合国家和公司标准的员工健康计划，并推行此项目的实施。

3) To establish a working environment monitoring system in compliance with national and Unifrax standards and conduct the periodical monitoring.

建立符合国家和公司标准的工作环境监督系统，定期进行检查。

4) To establish an environmental friendly business program adopting ISO14000 management concepts and supervise the implementation.

建立一个采用ISO14000管理体系的友好工作环境项目，并监督其实施。

5) To establish a plant security plan and supervise the implementation.

建立一个工厂安全计划并监督其实施。

6) Responsible for maintaining the safety working hours reporting system and reporting to headquarter timely.

负责维护安全工时汇报体系并及时向总部汇报。

7) Responsible for establishing a PPE regulation for various production and maintenance operations and manage the PPE purchasing requisitions and distribution.

负责为不同的生产和维护操作建立PPE规则，并管理PPE购买需求和发放。

8) Responsible for approval of working permits such as hot work, confined space, LO/TO and ect.

负责对工作许可的检查，例如高温工作、限定区域、LO/TO等

9) To establish and supervise a continuous improvement program to provide a safe working environment.

建立并监督持续改进项目来提供一个安全的工作环境。

10) Responsible for establishing housekeeping regulations and daily housekeeping observation and coaching.

负责制定日常管理规定，并每天进行日常监察和教导。

11) Provides technical direction to staffs in the occupational health, safety practices and environmental protection. Trains team members on all aspects of HSE activity.

为全体员工提供职业健康、安全操作方面和环境保护方面的专业指导。对员工进行有关HSE各方面的培训。

12) Corrects unsafe behaviors regularly.

定期纠正不安全的行为。

13) In charges of the daily business of S.H.E committee.

负责SHE的日常业务

14) Prepares the HSE budget and capital expenditure of safety equipment.

准备HSE预算和对安全设备的资金花费。

15) Provides detailed reports on findings and make recommendations for corrective action and prepare Monthly Report.

提供详细的研究报告，对需要纠正的行为提供建议，并准备月报。

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed 知识和技能:

1) Bachelor of Science Degree, preferably in Occupational Health and Safety. 理工类本科学历，职业健康和安全方面优先。

2) Five years experience working in S.H.E department with western companies. 5年以上欧美公司从事SHE工作经验

3) Must be able to work in a team environment and have training skills. 能适应团队工作，有培训技能

4) Excellent communication skills are necessary. 良好的沟通技巧

5) Good command of both written and oral English.流利的英语书面和口语能力

6) Be familiar with ISO9001/14001.熟悉ISO9001/14001.

7) Be familiar with SAP is plus. 最好熟悉SAP

8) Certification of internal /external auditor for ISO14001 and/or OHSAS18001 system, and experiences of building above system is preferred.

有ISO14001内审员/外审员和/或者OHSA18001系统证书，以及建立以上系统的经验者优先。
