We are seeking for an English Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, servicing and developing our United States customer base.

The candidate will have the following competencies
- Proficient English Language Skills
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
- Lateral thinker and self starter with mature & balanced reasoning
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire for career progression
- Excellent time management & documentation skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

The successful candidate will be performing the following
- Handling consumer inquiries
- Maintaining and growing our customer base
- Maintaining a high online reputation for the English markets
- Attending ongoing training

晚班：晚10点到第二天早上7点

要求：
英文流利；
与人沟通良好，适应团队工作；
具有很好的处理电子商务订单及客人提出的问题的能力；
细致耐心；
能够承受工作中的压力；
很好的自我思考能力和解决问题的能力；
熟悉Office操作，尤其是Word和Excel。
