We
are seeking a Senior Software QC/QA Tester to join our team for the continued development & maintenance of our
premium e-commerce platform which includes B2B websites, mobile sites and an in-house
ERP system. Our e-commerce platform powers multichannel retailing, global
e-commerce and sophisticated online merchandising and marketing strategies. You
will learn and be exposed to the latest e-commerce technology solutions
including mobile commerce, scalable & agile technology framework, 3D
augmented reality modulisation and amongst others.

Position Responsibilities:
? Manages publish procedure, testing and quality control of web applications
? Creates Test Cases, assembles and maintains Test Plans
? Works with the development teams to ensure testing effectiveness
? Manages multiple project schedules. Excellent prioritization, time management, multi-tasking skills.
? Records and reports results
? Records and monitor defects where product does not match specifications and does not fulfill requirements. Bug list coordinator.
? Reports project status to Team Leads, escalating immediately when appropriate
? Quality Code and Design Reviews
Experience and Skills:
?Strong knowledge of best practise programming in PHP, (Zend framework) and SQL and Database. Understanding of development lifecycle & team development
?Possesses knowledge of software testing
?Knowledge in SVN and ANT-SVN (SW Version Control)
? Solves complex, analytical problems independently and in groups
? Generates innovative approaches and solutions to complex problems
? Experience in integrating with other technical staff participating in project or design requirements. As well as in mapping requirements to test cases and the ability to come-up with ideas to enhance the existing process.
? Design and Implements required development and quality tests
Leadership and Communication Skills
? Good English required: Communicates verbally and in writing in a clear and professional manner
? Demonstrates the ability to actively listen to others
? Produces well-written technical and business documentation including test plans and release notes
? Works with other work teams and acts together toward common goals
? Able to coordinate and manage small teams. Reporting daily to Leaders/Management
? Interacts and collaborates with team members, even from different department and background, in a cooperative spirit
? Implements testing group strategy
? Identifies and ensures that goals are achieved, details and quality oriented.
