· 负责面料部门的管理和发展.
· 10年以上针梳面料开发、印染和生产方面的工作经验，5年以上的管理经验
· 负责和管理所有面料采购、开发、制造和项目生产情况
岗位职责
· 负责日常活动包括面料采购、开发、制造和生产进度
· 织物开发/研究，成本核算，供应商质量管理
· 制定和策划采购和实施生产管理计划
· 负责评估供应商生产方面的能力
· 负责布料采购生产质量控制和解决问题，包括索赔
· 负责下属人员的培训与绩效考核
岗位要求
· 服装设计、纺织工程、染整工程等相关专业
· 熟悉欧美面料市场，懂4分制檢驗标準
· 有大型面料公司或国际面料供应商的资源
· 英语能力六级，能与国外客户沟通
· 有上进心、责任心强，能够承受较强的工作压力
· 有较强的人际交往能力
· 熟练运用办公软件
· 能经常出差

Winlord is looking for the post of “Fabric Manager” with a minimum of 10 years experience in all aspects of woven and knit fabric development and at least 5 years in managerial level.


This role will be responsible for and managing all fabric sourcing, development, manufacturing and production activities on assigned product categories. The potential candidate will report to the General Manager.

Accountabilities:
· Overseeing day to day activities of the Fabric sourcing, development, manufacturing and production activities;
· Key responsibilities including Fabric development / research, costing, quality management and improve Fabric supplier performance;
· Develop and implement the strategic sourcing and production management plans;
· Evaluate and report capacities and capabilities of fabric mills;
· Responsible for problem solving and decision making for all Fabric related matters, including claim settlement;
·Hands-on technical involvement in fabric sourcing through production to bulk quality control and resolve issues;
·Able to hire and manage the Fabric Dept

Requirements:
·University graduate or above in textile technology, knitting, dyeing, clothingor related discipline;
· At least 10 years solid relevant experience in fabric sourcing and production, dyeing / printing and finishing of woven and knit fabrics; and minimum of 5 years in managerial level.
· Strong understanding of textile construction, yarn, fiber, dyeing and finishing techniques; fabric 4 points system inspection standard.
· An extensive knowledge and network of contacts with most knit kinds and woven - fabric mills / suppliers in China and will be an advantage in other Asian countries;
· Self-motivated, responsible and be able to work under pressure;
·Excellent interpersonal skills and open minded;
·Knowledge of computer;
·Fluent and good command of both written & spoken English at LEVEL 6;
·Travelling is required.
