Responsibilities:

• Test system development
• Hardware design and debug such as 51 MCU, PIC MCU, DIO board, Relay board
• Do Test strategy for infrastructure, automotive, industrial and consumer digital production function test.
• Set up and debug function test systems together with software engineer.
• Contact customer and vendor for test development.
• Good communication with product designer for the technical discussion.
• Finish the project in limited schedule
• Resolve the issue independently.
• Validate the testers and train production test engineer for the tester debug and maintenace.
• Make detail documentation for the testers.
• Knowing DFT and Boundary Scan Technology is better.
  

Requirements:

Hardware design ability such as 51 MCU, PIC MCU or DIO board

PCBA board analysis and debug ability

Schematics analysis ability

Two layer PCB board layout ability

Know test instruments well such as scope, DMM

2-4 years hardware design, test development or related work experience.

Major in electronic field, know both analog and digital circuit, has experience in PCB board layout and debug, has experience in EDA tool such as Protel.

English writing and reading ability

Knowing MCU programming language such as C or Compile language is better.

Knowing NI (National instrument) software such as labview is better

Knowing DFT and Boundary Scan Technology is better

Good communication skill with customer is better

Knowing RF technology is better

Knowing EMC standard is better
