Position: Legal Counsel 法律顾问

Company: Shanghai Oriental DreamWorks Film and Television Co., Ltd.

Location: Shanghai, China

Key Responsibilities:

? Draft and review legal documents.
? Attend negotiations and meetings to negotiate projects or protect company's interests with outside parties, including customers and/or governmental authorities.
? Provide legal services to assigned business units with modest supervision, including contract review, legal training and provision of advice on operational matter.
? Support corporate strategic projects as well as key investments and business affairs in China.
? Review and identify potential legal and compliance risks and propose legally sound solutions.
? Identify potential impact to the Company's businesses of new laws and regulations and government policies.
? Conduct legal research (on-line, off-line, oral inquires with authorities) in relation to a wide range of legal, regulatory and compliance issues.
? Liaise with outside counsel/agency.

Requirements:

? Bachelor or above degree in Chinese laws is required. Pass the PRC Bar Qualification Exam.
? At least three years of practice experience acquired in a top-tier Chinese/International law firm and/or legal department of MNC.
? Corporate law specialist. Experiences in joint-venture will be a plus.
? Self-motivated, result-oriented and hard working.
? Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle several projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast paced environment.
? Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese.
? A team player.
? Strong business ethics.
