职位概要 (Job mission):
按照客户的要求完成报价，设计产品，制作样品;按照客户的要求或内部需求完成产品设计的修改。
To design product, including making quotation, technical data sheet and drawing according to customer requirement. To modify the product design according to customer or internal requirement.

主要职责 (Main functions):
1.客户要求的审核和确认, 客户资料的管理及存档。
Customer requirement review and confirm, customer specification management and archiving.
2.新产品设计前的技术经济可行性分析，设计方案的选择。
New product design with technical and economic feasibility analysis.
3.根据客户或市场部的要求设计产品. 包括新产品的报价(ROQ); 技术参数表的创建；装配图和零件图的绘制；装配图公差分析；填写样品制作要求表并负责样品制作全过程的跟踪；参与解决样品制作过程中的技术问题；样品的测试的跟踪；参与新产品首次投产（VPL）的资料准备等。
According to customers’ or marketing requirement, to make quotation , technical data sheet ; assembly drawings and piece parts drawing. To complete prototyping requirements and take responsibility for tracking the whole process of sample making, including the testing. Take in charge of new product to pass the validation when first order launching .
4.PEN信息在Audros中的正确登录。三维模型，两维图纸及相关信息在Audros中的正确登录。
Record the correct information into Audros with 3D model, 2D drawings and related information.
5.产品正式生产以前，根据客户和内部的需求做产品报价，技术参数表及图纸的修改。
Products before formal production, according to the needs of our customers and make products with quotation, technical data sheets and drawings of the changes.
6.在整个产品设计过程中作好客户要求变更的记录。报价，技术参数表及样品送出日期的记录。统计报价，技术参数表创建及样品制作周期等等。
Well record customer requirement modification in the whole process of product design. Also record price, technical data sheet and sample of the date sent.
7.给予销售，工艺，质量等相关部门的技术支持。
Technical support for sale, method, quality, etc related departments.

8. 设计图纸及相关资料的管理.其他临时安排的任务.
Design drawings and associated data file management. And other temporary arrangements for the task.

资历要求 (Qualifications):
？ 教育及知识方面 (Education and knowledge):
机械专业，大专及以上。Mechanical major , Junior College or above
？ 经验 (Experiences):
一年及以上(对硕士学位毕业即可)机械产品设计经验。
More than one year working experience in mechanical field, or graduates of master degree .
？ 技能技巧 ( Know-how):
熟悉两维和三维的制图软件，如Solidworks ,CAD等，有DFEMA经验的优先。
Familiar with 2D/3D drawing software , e.g: Solidworks , CAD etc. With experience of DFEMA preferred .
？ 态度 (Aptitude):
有较强的学习能力，勤奋踏实的工作作风
Strong ability on learning , work steadily with great diligence.
