Job Mission:
As a key member of local top management team and group finance team, Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of financial activities which include Statutory & Group accounting, financial reporting budget/forecast, Tax & Local requirement, internal control, costing control, ERP / IT as well as legal matters in order to support business growth.

Job Description：
1.To supervise monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting process to ensure that the information is delivered timely and accurately, and in compliance with IFRS and Chinese standards, as well as group financial policy.
2.Contributes to the achievement of the company objectives by providing relevant business analysis, reporting, advice and guidance on finances
3.Responsible for the preparation of annual / quarterly budget and forecast, track and analyze the budget implementation.
4.To monitor and maintain products costing system; to oversee costing analysis. To support Division Controller to define the yearly standard cost (hourly rate). To supervise and coordinate cost reduction project
5.Be Responsible for optimization working capital; minimization of the risk of foreign exposure; Effective customer and supplier’s credit control, expenditure and CAPEX control.
6.Interact with both headquarters and local management team to provide consultative support; liaison with 3rd party in China.
7.To establish and maintain appropriate internal control system
8.Lead IT/IS team to ensure IT and ERP system in consistence with group policy.
9.Lead legal team to ensure RADIALL Shanghai activities comply in all respects with Chinese regulations
10.Be Responsible for coordinating and leading various projects
11.Build and maintain an effective and motivated team.

Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in commerce, hold a certified public accountant qualification such as ACCA, CPA.
2.Familiar with the Chinese GAAP and IFRS, regulations and tax laws.
3.Minimum 5-7 years working experience in a multinational manufacturing company, with more than 5 years in managerial position.
4.Familiar with the ERP system, SAP preferred; Proficient in Excel, Access, MS Office Tools
5.Excellent English and Chinese in writing and speaking (CET 6 or above)
