职位要求：


1.大专以上学历，计算机或网络专业毕业（不排除应届毕业生）。
2.有较深厚的IT知识背景，一年以上客户端IT技术支持经验。
3.精通Windows桌面系统（XP/2000/WIN7），能处理桌面系统复杂的问题，熟知系统安装盘的制作；。
4.熟悉并能维护Windows office 等应用软件，熟悉常用邮件客户端配置，有Lotus Notes维护经验者优先考虑。
5.能熟练处理桌面系统病毒、木马等棘手的问题，熟悉业界常用的防毒软件的安装、使用、配置等。
6.有一定的网络基础，熟悉TCP/IP、路由等网络交换协议，能熟练的对常用的网络设备（CISCO 路由器、交换机、防火墙、VPN）进行安装、配置与维护。
7.能够胜任在较强压力下工作，具有良好的沟通能力。
9.为人积极、进取，有良好的团队合作精神。
10.良好的服务意识、沟通能力、学习能力及学习主动性。
11.英语四级,有较强英语听说能力优先考虑。
12.MCSE、CCNA、CCNP优先考虑。
