猎头顾问助理

职位描述：
1、根据职位需求从各种渠道筛选合适的候选人；
2. 根据客户提供的职位，寻访、并进行相关侯选人资料的收集、分类、筛选、整理及面试
3. 整理候选人推荐报告，并成功推荐候选人。
4、汇总和归类客户、候选人的信息，建立行业人才数据库，整理与归档文件；
5、处理电话业务咨询事务。

职位要求：
1. 大学专科及以上学历；计算机专业者优先考虑
2. 有1年以上工作经验，有研发、电话销售、或招聘经验者优先考虑；
3.具有较好的综合素质，包括：工作主动性强，具备较强的学习能力和观察判断能力，良好的语言表达及4.文字理解能力；良好的沟通技巧和人际交往能力等；
5. 对企业战略、企业文化、职业规划有深刻的理解；
6. 英语良好，熟悉使用常用办公软件。
7. 勤奋、诚实、责任心强，并乐于学习。
8. 团队合作能力强，并能适应工作压力；
