岗位职责
1、负责公司的技术方向、技术规划与运筹实施；
2、指导技术与业务、管理部门的工作配合和有效沟通工作；
3、管理、发展公司的技术团队，使其成为业界领先的专业队伍
4、把握公司的技术发展方向，对公司的发展在技术上能及时提出指导性意见。

任职资格
1、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、8年以上工作经验，5年以上在同岗位工作经验；
3、对技术市场具有一定的敏锐度，能够从客户和业务的角度来进行技术实现；
4、能承担高负荷的工作，有良好的团队合作精神和管理能力，责任心强、工作敬业、有很强的开拓精神。

DSI is a systems integration company and specialize in providing computer hardware, WAN equipment, videoconferencing equipment, network safety solutions as well as providing general installation, maintenance and consulting services. DSI Consultancy provides recruitment service for IT companies as well as assists job seekers with career development. For the past 15 years DSI Consultancy has been consistently ranked highly by most business partners.
 
DSI Group has developed dramatically since it was founded in 1998, with an annual growth rate of more than 100 percent.
