1、计算机相关专业大专以上学历；
2、能阅读计算机专业英语，熟练操作英文操作系统和软件的使用；
3、有1年以上50－150台PC规模的helpdesk维护经验，有相关的外派外企业Helpdesk工作经验优先；
4、熟悉计算机PC和笔记本的硬件组成及故障判断，熟悉打印机等日常办公用品的安装和维护；
熟悉操作系统Microsoft XP，Windows 7系统的安装配置、故障诊断，熟悉AD域应用；
熟悉Lotus Notes邮件客户端应用，Office 2007等日常办公软件的安装和维护；
熟悉局域网的结构、网络配置和网络故障诊断，具有CISCO证书优先；
5、 动手能力强，有较强的自学能力及解决问题能力；
6、沟通能力较好，团队协作能力好，不自以为是，责任心强，一切以公司利益为重；
7、能适应较大的工作压力，肯吃苦，自信自律，做事认真，愿与公司一起成长；
8、形象健康，仪表整洁。
