职位描述
Responsibility:
1- Supervise, direct, and review the work of accounting staff (including, not limit to, cash reconciliations; account statement reconciliation; accounts receivable & collection especially on Soft Dollar / Discount checking and review, AR overdue review, credit control etc.; accounts payable transactions of vendors; Fixed assets activity; revenue and expense booking; etc.)
2- Review Trial balance and General Ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting; ensure the timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and year end closing, and finance ad hoc reports; deep dive into the variance of the Balance Sheet accounts and P&L accounts
3- Ownership of Regional and alignment with Global policy and process across all Accounting and Reporting. Provide guidance on US GAAP and PRC GAAP for regional accounting team
4- Lead the quarterly internal SOX audit. Liase and coordinator with internal auditors and external auditors. Support overall annual financial audits and preparation of statutory filing
5- Collaborate with internal business partners (e.g., Corporate Treasury Team, tax, credit and collections, PF&A, Corporate Accounting, regional FIN, and Sales) to achieve company target and meet business needs
6- Set up team Back-up system and Job rotate system. Work with each direct report to establish annual goals and objective and monitor and advice on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff. Enhance team working efficiency and productivity. Review current accounting process and make improvement
7- Support regional with special projects and workflow process improvements
Requirements:
1- Bachelor degree with Accounting or Finance major
2- More than 8 years of experience in a similar position
3- Ability to develop and establish accounting policies and procedures
4- Familiar with US GAAP and Local GAAP. Good sense of control and SOX
5- English speaking and writing skills for communication and financial documents
6- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
7- Experience with ERP systems, Oracle experience is a must
8- Independent and good team leader
9- Good communication skill
