Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, operation efficacy, employee retention, guest relations and satisfaction, food quality, food hygiene & safety, appearance of restaurant/ café, cleanliness and sanitation. Basic english required. More than 6 years F&B experience with minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
监督并协调工作计划、安排、培训以及管理团队以完成既定的目标（包括销售额、费用、营运、员工关系、客情关系及满意度、食品质量、食品卫生、食品安全、餐厅的表现、设备及卫生设备的清洁等）。需要有英语基础者。至少6年以上工作经验，不少于两年领导经验。
