职位描述
工作职责：
1、负责制定测试大纲，设计测试用例，搭建测试平台；
2、负责新产品的功能测试、性能测试；
3、负责产品测试脚本的编写及维护；
4、负责新产品测试工具的开发与维护；
任职资格：
1、熟悉编程（C语言，shell脚本），有驱动和协议测试经验；
2、计算机、通信、电子电气、机电一体化、自动化等专业本科以上学历；
3、英文良好，有工程机械或自动化仪器仪表等相关行业3年以上工作经验；
4、熟悉产品开发过程，熟悉产品生产流程；
5、能根据测试结果对产品的设计完善提出合理化建议，有较好的沟通协调能力。
