职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责公司质量管理系统完善、审核与维护；
2、供应商质量管理、过程品质管理及质量成本分析与控制；
3、组织、推动质量管理体系推行、实施与持续改进；
4、负责组织产品开发、生产中的异常问题的分析、改进活动；
5、负责对检验标准的制定、修改、定期评审，检查标准执行状况、有效性；
6、参与、策划各种质量管理活动，如参与对外协合作方的审核、认证工作和内部人员的质量培训。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，机械电子技术、检测技术等相关专业；
2、五年以上制造型企业质量管理工作经验，有参与内部审核的经验，有传感器、仪器仪表及自动化控制等相关行业工作经验的优先；
3、熟悉ISO标准、过程控制及管理、持续改进方法等，对质量管理体系的建立、维护有实际操作经验；
4、良好的分析、沟通、协调、谈判和领导能力；
5、高度的责任心，能承受较大的工作压力。
