建筑装饰等相关专业毕业，从事相关工作5年以上，熟悉行业政策，丰富的外企装饰施工项目管理经验，精通装饰设计工艺流程，熟悉预算，拥有专业技术职称或国家二级建造师以上证书，懂得装饰工程成本控制和施工技术，具有良好的组织、管理工程能力。
Requirements:
1. College degree or above in Project management/ Civil engineering /Building construction;
2. Minimum 7years working experiences in project management (esp. office);
3. Ability to work under pressure and flexibility;
4. Strong organization skills and time management capabilities;
5. Ability to cooperate with other departments of the company;
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, MS Project and other software;
7. Having the registered qualification certificate associate constructor;
8. Having the experience in multinational company /fluent in English is desirable.
Description:
1. Familiar with standards of decoration industry quality / check and accept;
2. Familiar with the construction technology and process;
3. Familiar with different kinds of decorative materials and markets;
4. Familiar with decoration and construction procedures;
5. Familiar with cost estimation and controlling;
6. Coordinate with relative departments to fulfill the budget estimation and cost calculation as well as schedule and risk management for the preparation of appropriate requests;
7. Project management, contractor management;
8. Monitor the quality and control process to meet different requirements;
9. Project management, planning, controlling, execution, other general business principles and procedures;
10. Define, evaluate and prepare engineering standard, scope of work, materials and equipment of the project;
11. Ensure the project success with right engineering methods in the approved budget, within requested time and with pre-specified quality;
12. Make sure to resolve issues in time.
