1) Reagents and consumables ordering: including daily process of application for ordering regular reagents and consumables, PR creation and GR performing in system as a central receiver

2) Reagents and consumables management: reagent and consumable registration, dispatch and storage management. May include toxic and control substances

3) Bio-reagents outsourcing ordering and management: including daily process application for ordering regular bio-reagents, manage on-line submission process and freezing storage management under -5℃ working condition

4) Manage the lab coat’s washing and delivery

5) Maintain a safe and organized working environment through improving storage capacity efficiency. Comply with relevant SOPs.

6) Inventory system training and management: train new hires to use the inventory system and acknowledge them the operation of inventory group

7) Other support work as required by supervisor


Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or science related discipline

1) Knowledge and experience in computer and new technology oriented research environment
2) Result and customer oriented with active thinking and behavior
3) Experience in reagent and consumable purchase for pharmaceutical or biotech or chemical companies
4) Experience in inventory management
5) Good communication skills as well as an ability to work in a multi-function team.
6) English: fluent in reading and writing, and be able to converse
