2. 懂小家电行业或LED灯方面维修，3年以上相关售后管理经验；
3. 组织售后服务和维修管理，建立售后服务信息管理系统，客户服务档案，质量跟踪与反馈。
4. 认真做好售后服务工作，做好维修产品收发放工作。严格按公司售后服务条例执行产品保修和维修。
5. 向领导和质量部门提供数据，产品质量信息，为解决问题提供建议。
