职位描述
Our company adopted a sourcing strategy aiming to reduce non value adding agents/merchant middlemen and thereby get lower purchase prices and to get full control of the value chain from supplier to consumer.
Our Quality and Social Compliance team act in order to assure the products legal performance and quality requirements.
Responsibilities and position descriptions:
The assignment is to assure the ICA requirements for Social Compliance in the value chain
The SC Specialist assignment is to support the merchandising team and to coach suppliers and factories to improve the production conditions to an acceptable and consistent social compliance level.
Our Sourcing is a member of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) and uses that membership as a platform for the work with Social Compliance.
Plan and perform factory Social Compliance Audits
Write audit report and corrective action plan (CAP) and Follow up on improvements
Evaluate suppliers based on BSCI standards and/or ICA internal standards and recommendations
Organize training sessions; external and internal parties
Educate and support suppliers/factories who is entering the BSCI scheme
Assist second and third part audits and CAPs
Responsible for file and data management
Frequent travelling is needed
Education:
University degree in social science environmental science or equivalent
Lead auditor training / certification
Experience:
The SC Specialist shall have a minimum of three years solid working experience from factory auditing and inspections in Social Compliance assurance
Experience working in foreign enterprise and/or third party inspection company is preferable
