职位描述:
1、负责制定测试计划、规划测试方案、设计测试用例和测试数据；
2、负责确认需求团队、开发团队、测试团队之间的沟通，落实可实现需求项；
3、维护开发项目相关流程框架体系，参与对软件开发流程的制订、管理整个过程的所有文档等；
4、协同本部门其他同事共同负责和执行测试工作，提交测试报告；
5、对测试中发现的问题进行分析和准确定位，推动问题及时合理解决；
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，计算机、软件开发/工程等专业。
2、一年以上软件开发行业工作经验，有B/S结构（Web软件）软件测试经验者优先；
3、较强的文档编写能力和问题分析能力；
4、较强的沟通交流能力，较强的事业心与责任感，具有良好的团队合作精神和协作能力；
5、熟悉软件测试理论和方法，精通测试理论、方法及测试过程，独立设计测试用例；
6、熟练使用自动化测试工具者优先。
