工作职责：
1、负责公司产品的售前支持、方案编写、产品演示；
2、编写、修订和审核技术支持相关文档和作业指导书，配合完成项目实施、验收工作；
3、参与收集客户需求，处理客户协调、技术交流工作，提供现场指导等售前技术支持工作；
4、负责对合作伙伴和最终用户进行产品、业务的培训；

5、配合销售进行客户拜访和技术交流，挖掘客户需求；
6、根据客户需求，针对公司的产品和技术，设计相应的技术解决方案，并进行客户讲解和演示；
7、配合销售完成项目投标活动的技术支持工作，如投标技术方案的确定、投标讲解和客户答疑、技术谈判等；
8、配合市场营销活动进行相应技术展示；
9、通过培训等手段，提升销售人员及合作伙伴的技术能力
10、掌握某特定行业应用热点，整理形成该行业通用应用解决方案
11、提供内部技术支持、应用推广、培训；

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，计算机相关专业，男士优先；
2、2年以上技术支持工作经验,有外企售前技术支持工作经验者优先；
3、熟需求，具备良好的建议书、解决方案写作技能；
4、具有出色的表悉售前工作流程，能探知用户达沟通能力和售前讲解能力，思维敏捷，能灵活应变；
5、待人热情、诚实可信，具有亲和力；
6、具有强烈的责任感和很好的团队合作精神，具备较好的自学能力，能够承受工作压力；
