岗位职责
(1)接听用户关于IT服务需求的电话，及处理IT服务的邮件
(2)将日常IT服务工作记录入服务台管理系统
(3)根据公司的流程及标准为用户安装配置电脑
(4)为用户提供系统使用培训
(5)IT资产管理
(6)IT相关费用付款申请
(7)IT文档管理
(8)协助IT项目的实施，如办公室IT布线、各系统升级等
(9)完成IT管理团队分配的其他具体任务


岗位要求：

(1)两年以上IT支持相关工作经验，有计算机软、硬件、网络排错能力及维护经验
(2)拥有网络布线项目经验
(3)计算机本科学历
(4)熟练使用Windows 7, Office 2010, Lotus Notes等日常办公系统，并能提供相关技术支持
(5)良好的问题分析及处理能力
(6)良好的沟通以及英语书写、交流能力
(7)了解ITIL知识
(8)良好的工作态度，及团队协作能力
