3-5 years working experience in a European buying office / Trading company as a garment technician
Strong technical knowledge in Jersey, Knit, Sweater and woven. Experience in outdoor garment will be an advantages
Solid knowledge in paper pattern making, sewing techniques and size specification grading
Experience in resolving technical problems according to the clients requirement
Ability of paper pattern adjustment at development and sampling stage

Knowledge of consumption calculation of main material and trims
Responsible to measure and evaluate garment samples of measurement, construction, workmanship, fitting, safety and functioning
Able to serve with multi-customers’ on different standard/requirements
Work closely with merchandisers / Factory sample room / Garment technician in our Europe office

Conduct internal training /coaching to merchandising dept, QC dept etc

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Very organized, detail oriented and self-motivated

* Produce training material to educate internal and external dept

有3年-5年以上的在欧洲办事处或贸易公司任服装技术员的工作经验.
熟悉針梭织类, 棉针织及休闲服等服装结构,熟悉户外服装优先考虑
熟悉制作成衣样版, 缝纫技术及尺寸推挡.
有按照客人的要求解决技术问题的经验.
在开发样板生产过程有动手制版和修整能力

熟悉面料性能, 生产资料的统计、面料、辅料用量的计算.

担负起衡量和评价服装样品的测量,服装结构,做工工艺,试身,安全性和功能性

能够在不同标准及要求下服务多方客户
和采购员,工厂样品间及欧洲总部服装技术员在工作上保持密切的联系

在公司内部为采购部门和验货部门做培训和指导.

良好的内部, 对外沟通协调能力及人际关系
做事有条理,有计划,有组织.能自我激励的开展工作.
