岗位职责
1、 根据企业发展的需要，组织制定一定时期的设计、预算版块工作范围、岗位职责、业务成果审查确认工作职能管理工作；
2、 负责机电（泛光照明）工程相关设计图纸、设计文件的内、外审核签发工作，协助专业负责人校对图纸内容完备性，清晰、正确表达设计意图，提高出图质量，本专业与其它专业在设计上相互一致，及时更新各级审核中指出的错误；
3、 根据项目设计任务书认真做好技术准备工作，落实设计项目的内外部条件收集设计资料、研究计划任务，按工作流程管理的步骤要求展开设计工作；
4、 审核签发各项目工程《施工组织设计》；
5、 负责施工图和预算的对接工作，指导造价员完成各项目造价，对接工程审计；
6、 处理施工过程中的重大设计、施工质量问题、参加工程质量验收工作。

任职资格
1、 年龄35—60周岁，持有《国家注册一、二级建造师》等相关建筑专业类证书；大专及以上学历，建筑、工民建、机电安装工程类相关专业，8年以上机电安装施工管理工作经验；
2、 具备较强的安装施工图纸综合理解能力，对机电安装施工工艺熟悉；
3、 对工程造价及材料造价有综合理解和表述能力；
4、 具备CAD软件、办公软件的操作技能；
5、 参与过中大型建筑工程投标工作；
6、 良好的沟通和团队合作精神，有进取精神和事业心。
