Responsibilities:
1. Leading a team of project managers, logistics and buyers to ensure accurate on budget operation of an international and domestic systems integration business. Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional order execution, delivery on promises and world-class quality and safety;
2. Responsible for monthly project review meetings to assess on budget and health of projects. Would be expected to track cash flow, revenue and be able to compile monthly and quarterly presentations for management supported by full time business controller to collect data;
3. Enabling the success of our business unit through strong cost and risk, pushing for continuous improvement of the operation;
4. Oversees and participates in the development of performance, efficiency, and product quality standards for mine hoist factory. Provides guidance to mine hoist factory manager regarding the coordination of department standards with overall company objectives.
5. Monitors output, OTD, and quality indicators for all manufacturing departments and oversees and participates in the resolution of problems or reinforcement of positive findings.
6. Develops, coaches and motivates the subordinates to ensure they meet the requirements of fast business growth;
7. Member of the management team reporting to the LBU manager.

Requirements:
1. University degree in a technical discipline, preferably electrical engineering;
2. 10-15 years experience;
3. Knowledge of ABB operations an advantage;
4. Knowledge and practice in ISO 9001 systems and TQM;
5. Fluency in written and spoken English;
6. Leadership and organizational skills;
7. Positive attitude at all times;
8. Team player;
