Job duty

1. Assisting Country Manager of all office affairs.
2. Motivate guide and manage the merchandising departments for both garments & accessories.
3. Working on department's strategy of price negotiations and production control.
4. Developing and negotiating with the suppliers as per different buying groups.
5. Organize and manage suppliers, optimize suppliers'resources.
6. Train the team to indicate company requirements and standards to new suppliers/factories.
7. Managing and visiting the supplier base.
8. Monitoring on pre and post order systems i.e. CPS.
9. Planning and reviewing buyer trips.
10. Coordinate with Head office to identify and solve the problems in cooperation with suppliers and HQ/buyers .
11. Evaluating team member's performance.

Job requirment

1. 4 years experiences in Secretary position.
2. 7-8 years experiences from garments merchandising back ground.
3. Good language skills in speaking and writing English.
