Job Responsibilities:

1.Provide general IT support to branch / sub-branches such as IT hardware/software problem solving., business continues project arrangement and etc.

2.Perform daily IT operation tasks such as report printing, system health test and batch job

3.Act as an IT focal point between the branch, MHQ IT, HK IT and local regulators such as PBOC, SAFE and CBRC.

4.Act as an IT coordinator role for all local IT enhancements.

5.Take up the admin role of OA LAN and IT equipment room in the branch office,

6.Ensure that anti-virus and security patches are properly installed in PCs within the branch and report to HACN ITD in case of any abnormal IT system incidents.

7.Assist to setup of new branches, launch of new application systems as well as upgrade of systems.

8.Ensure that IT systems and equipment can meet predetermined control standards and requirements.

9.Prepare request for procurement of IT equipment and related services/maintenance, seek user authorization and submit it to China HQ for subsequent processing.

Requirements:

1.Experience in Unix and Windows server environment,

2.Sound knowledge in Cisco network and telecom technology,

3.Meet the language proficiency requirement for IT officers,

4.Good communication & coordination abilities.
