1.Title: Senior Account Executive
Reporting To: Associate Account Director
1.Participate in day to day management of projects
2.Seek to maintain client satisfaction and manage client expectations and communications
3.Support the development of internal processes to improve efficiency

Key Responsibilities:
account Management:
1.Take client phone calls in absence of team; advise team of calls
2.Checking emails in the absence of the team and responding

Project Management:
1.Manage the Administration:
2.Work with team to create work plans, budgets and timings
3.Ensure all documentation is copied, and circulated to team
4.Open ongoing job/stage numbers and advise the team
5.Ensure files are up-to-date
6.Organise courier deliveries, and ensure correct contents go to client
7.Ensure all ongoing client requests are billed to client
8.Produce monthly billing summary
9.Work with manager to create budgets and timings

12.Work with Client Team to translate and/or write Creative Briefs to ensure the successful delivery of an assignment

Manage the team:
1.Ensure design/digital studio are working to correct job and stage number
2.Assist manager arrange transfer of work between team and Creative Studio
3.Help to ensure attendance of full teams at all meetings; prepare the room and bring all necessary paperwork to the meeting
4.Assist manager brief design/digital studio of any ad hoc client requests i.e. bmps, pdfs, cds ISDNs etc of work
Manage the Brief:
1.Attend internal reviews of work – take notes etc
2.Assist manager chase clients for technical information, products, requirements etc
3.Assist manager take notes in any meetings attended to ensure contact report is written and distributed to team with 24hrs of meeting

Manage the Finances:
1.Assist manager raise ongoing estimates for any additional fees/costs in agreement with AD
2.Be aware of any discounted/favoured rates that a project may be working to
3.Ensure all on going client requests for files, pdfs CD-Roms are billed to client
4.Assist manager monitor fee and cost spend against estimates on weekly basis; chase finance department for copies of invoices, couriers etc
5.Assist manager advise billing status to accounts departments at weekly billing meetings
6.Support debt collection efforts

Production:
1.Assist manager manage the production process on a day to day basis
2.Collate all required client information – print specs, copy, print contract details etc
3.Create artwork schedules and timing charts
4.Liaise changes and information between production/design studio and client team
5.Book third party origination artists; raise purchase orders etc
6.Ensure delivery of artwork to correct destinations with final signatures
7.File all artwork

Main Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or above
2.2-4 years agency experiences or equivalent
3.Excellent communication skills with proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese
4.Possesses maturity and judgment skills necessary for client contact
5.Ability to manage client budgets and deadlines
6.Good research, writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to interact with clients

3.Ability to support and actively participate in presentations
