Job Requirements
- System Customer IDservice, employment, privilege; continue business process.
- System Access control & maintainence.
- IT helpdesk, followup & issues escalating
- Internal coordination and reporting to IT manager
Qualifications
- Experience in IT system, as Wintel, Linux, Middleware, would be an advantage.
- Knowledge on process and procedure documentation.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Good manner with problem solving, Hard working, effective communication skill.
