职位描述：


1、负责客户的技术支持；

2、在对本公司产品了解的基础上，负责为客户提供产品部署、问题解答等支持工作；

3、负责更新、整理产品技术文档；

4、负责用户管理，维护公司与客户之间的良好关系；

5、完成上级主管交办的其它工作。


任职要求：

1、2年以上技术支持相关工作经验；
2、熟悉Linux以及Shell等脚本语言，能够对常见的Web服务器进行配置，例如Apache，nginx，IIS等；
3、能承受较大强度的工作任务和压力；具备良好的客户服务意识及敬业精神，工作责任心强，有良好的团队协作精神和人际关系处理能力，表达和应变能力强；

Desired Qualifications:
1. Understanding of Sonicwall, VMware/Hyper-V, networking, firewalls, routing and switching.
2. Relevant and current certifications a plus
3. Previous server administration a plus

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
2. Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems required
3.Familiar with various backup products, RAID, and disaster recovery.
4. Knowledge and understanding of operating principles, practices, and procedures within an area of business specialty
