岗位职责:

1. 制定项目测试的总体规划，编制项目测试计划和策略。

2. 进行缺陷跟踪与分析。

3. 负责测试，开发和项目团队的日常沟通，项目质量和进度的控制。

4. 负责测试团队的管理和建设。

要求：

1. 本科以上的学历，计算机，通信，软件工程相关专业毕业。

2. 5年以上的测试团队管理，7年以上软件测试经验。

3. 精通C/C++，各种脚本语言。

4. 精通软件测试理论，方法和过程。

5. 具有自动化测试的实施的经验。

6. 具有白盒测试的执行和实施的经验。

7. 精通智能手机多媒体软件和测试。

8. 精通Android等手机操作系统。

9. 良好的沟通技巧。英语交流流利。

10. 较强的组织能力，自我激励，团队精神。
