岗位职责：
1、生产流程的制定；
2、建立产品之标准工时，并按月季或视情况更新人工，成本进行产能分析 ；
3、规划生产线，制作生产线配置图；
4、教导领班、作业员以能确实执行组装或测试动作；
5、制作人力需求表、工具表、辅料表等；
6、依据需求向工艺提出要求与构想，要求设计治、夹具，并跟催治、夹具上线；
7、参与样品机制作，寻找作业中的不适合项，并提出改善建议；
8、作业方法研究改善，生产治具、仪器及设备合理化分析与提议；
9、建立生产设备产能负荷分析数据，并改善；
10、因人工，工程或材料变动之工时估算作业；
11、改善作业流程，提高生产率及降低成本之构思推动，推动成本降低行动（COST DOWN）；
12、执行上级交办事项。

任职要求：
1、大学专科以上学历，电子、机电、机械、工业工程类专业，英语说写流利；
2、3年以上IE相关工作，有电子产品装配流水线IE工作经验优先；
3、熟悉精益生产的相关内容；
4、熟练使用办公软件及二维、三维绘图软件；
5、勤奋、踏实、好学，尤其需要细心认真的工作作风。
